From Friday 13 to Sunday 15 June Riserva Privata presents
Workshop of Crystal Therapy and Tibetan Bells with NiccoloMaria Bernasconi and Christian Seyoum.
This ancient healing technique is performed by using crystals and stones to balance our physical and mental well being.
This is achieved through molecular scission of the stone in contact with the body temperature, and the vibrational resonance between the crystal lattice and the energy of the chakras.
The electromagnetic field of the human merges with the crystal taking and giving energy to it.
During the workshop you will learn to know and experience first-hand the energy field consists of 7 major chakra energy in the wheels that are the backbone of our physical body. You will learn how to use stones to cleanse, energize and align the chakras, each corresponds to a particular frequency, and consequently a different stone.

The program:
For a minimum of 10 people
Friday 13 June
Arrive for dinner and briefing on what is the crystal therapy and the topics that will be held on the following days
Saturday 14 June
From 10 to 1 pm presentation and distribution of their own set of stones, explanation, quality, cleaning, programming and charging them. Preparation of the energy field with amethyst and quartz through the use of coral stick.
From 3 to 7 pm Therapies: will shows a session of crystal therapy, so each pair will experience, followed by the instructors, a session of crystals on the other member of the pair, in order to acquire the rudiments .
Sunday 15 June
From 10 to 1 pm Sound massage with Tibetan bells, body exercises and meditation to clean and energize the chakras.
The cost is € 390 per person includes : 3 days and 2 nights full board, 2 day of workshop
Are considered extras other activities of the reserve and drinks.
